Events

Each year ENBIS organises a number of events to fill the networking with more life than an entire web-based network would allow.

The major event is the conference, held at a nice location in Europe in September. During the conference the General Assembly is held. Each conference features, besides the contributed talks, some in-conference workshops and pre- and post-conference courses on various topics.

Workshops are also organised during the year at various locations by the local networks or the Special Interest groups.

Since 2006 ENBIS has organised a smaller conference/workshop in Spring on more specialised topics.
