The 12th annual conference of the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics (ENBIS - www.enbis.org ) will take place at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) from 9-13 September, 2012.
Theoretical and practical papers covering all areas of business and industrial statistics are cordially invited.
The annual conference session topics include but are not limited to the special areas of interest that exist within ENBIS (formalized in the so-called Special Interest Groups) and are listed below:

  •  Data mining and warehousing.
  •  Design of experiments.
  •  Measurement uncertainty.
  •  Process modeling and control.
  •  Reliability and safety.
  •  Statistics in the pharmaceutical industry.
  •  Statistical computing.
  •  Operational risk management.
  •  Statistics in practice.
  •  Stochastic modeling.
  •  Quality improvement and Six Sigma.

Blanton Godfrey, Stu Hunter and Doug Montgomery are just a few well-known names from a long list of recent speakers), invited and contributed sessions, workshops and panel discussions, as well as pre- andpost-conference courses.
