1. 9:00 – 10:00: Plenary talk by Blanton Godfrey on "Six Sigma in Healthcare".
2. 10.45 -- 13.30: Workshop on Six Sigma by J. Smyth Renshaw
3. 14:45 – 15:15: Best Manager Award.
4. 15:25 – 16:25: Talk by Luis M. Artiles Martinez, Accenture Plc, on “Forecasting: a practitioner’s view”.
5. 17:00 –18:00: Round table
6. 18:00 –18:30: Poster walk.

The Manager's Day is a special part of the ENBIS-11 conference, the annual meeting of the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics.

The conference will take place at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and aims to bring together professionals who are involved in business and industrial statistics. The conference will offer opportunities to meet each other and to share ideas and best practices.
